1. Service Agreement

Our services include packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking of goods. Once a service is booked, a formal agreement will be initiated either digitally or in writing.

2. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or signed quotation. All dates and times are scheduled based on availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing provided is subject to change based on volume, distance, and additional requirements. Full payment must be completed upon or before delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellations made after this window may incur a 20% service charge.

5. Liability and Claims

We handle all items with care. However, we are not liable for damages due to poor packaging by the client, natural disasters, or traffic delays. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Insurance

Insurance is available upon request. Clients are encouraged to opt for transit insurance for valuable goods.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal substances, firearms, or explosives.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data shared with us is used strictly for service purposes and not sold to third parties.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra courts only.
